FirstRole.io provides coaching, education, and tools to help driven graduates and career changers break into tech sales. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean FirstRole.io.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

We offer paid coaching tiers, platform access, and related resources. The specific features, number of sessions, and inclusions depend on the tier you purchase and are described at the time of purchase. We may update or improve our services over time.

FirstRole.io provides coaching and education. We do not guarantee placement, a job offer, a salary, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort and the job market.

Results not typical. FirstRole.io does not guarantee placement.

Prices are shown at checkout. You may pay in full or through an installment plan where offered. Installment plans are a payment schedule for the full program price and remain payable in full.

If you enroll in a coaching tier, the refund, cancellation, session use-by, and forfeiture terms are set out in the Coaching Enrollment Agreement you sign at enrollment, which controls for those purchases. In general, the platform and program fee is refundable before your start date and non-refundable once access is granted or your first session is held, unused in-window coaching sessions are pro-rated, and installment balances for value already delivered remain payable in full.

For any purchase, because our programs deliver access and personalized work quickly, fees are non-refundable except as set out in your Enrollment Agreement, as required by law, or as stated in writing at the time of purchase. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us promptly at contact@firstrole.io.

Some states give you additional cancellation or refund rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.

You agree not to misuse the services, share paid content or account access with others, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.

All course materials, frameworks, templates, and content are owned by FirstRole.io and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

We may recommend third-party tools or partner programs. Where we have a referral relationship, we disclose it. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstRole.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
